General Contractor for entire renovation project including updated layout and all major systems. Featured heated tile flooring, new bathrooms, custom tile surrounds, custom kitchen with custom cabinetry and finish. Refinished red oak flooring. Goal with this project was to refresh the dated layout, introduce as much natural light as possible and breathe some much needed life into this mid century brick clad bungalow.
